License Plate Frame Questions
Will the License Plate Frame fit my car?
We use License Plate Frames that are standard to the United States. If you
are ordering frames for international vehicles, please be sure to check the
dimensions before placing your order.
What color options do I have?
Our license plate frames come with a choice of style and color. We
feature quality metal frames (black or chrome plated). The engravable
part of the frame comes in the following colors...

How many letters will fit?
For best results, we recommend using the least number of letters to get your message
across. Typically, license plate frames with 18 letters/spaces or less on top, and 24 letters/spaces
or less on the bottom will look the best. These guidelines are simply recommendations.
What characters and symbols are available?
- Upper case letters from A - Z
- Numbers 0 - 1
- The following punctuation symbols:
- ! ? @ # & ( ) : ; , . / " '
- Heart Icon (Type 'HRT' on the order form, to show us where to engrave your heart.
Heart Icons are typically as wide as three letters)
Can I use Capital and Lower case letters?
For better visibility, we use all capital letters, unless you specifically mention in the
comments of your order that you'd like upper and lower.
What's the difference between a Standard Frame and an Inverted Frame?
The standard license plate frame has the screw holes on the top of the frame. This
allows a maximum of 25 letters on top, and 35 letters on the bottom. We can turn the
frame upside down (Inverted) for those who require the screw holes to be on the bottom of the
frame. Inverted frames allow a maximum of 35 letters on the top, and 25 letters on
the bottom.
My license plate tags and screws are on the bottom, can I still order a frame?
Yes! Our frames can be inverted, so that the larger line is on top, and the smaller line
is on the bottom. Keep in mind that the screws must also be on the bottom of your license
plate. To order an inverted frame, select "Inverted" in the frame orientation section of
our ordering form.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express as well as checks. PLEASE NOTE: For faster service,
use your
credit card. If you are paying by check,
your order will be placed on hold until we receive your check in the mail.
Do you accept checks?
Yes, we do accept checks. Please make your check out to "Traffic Talk",
then mail it to PO Box 142, Mount Gilead, NC 27306. Your order will be shipped as soon
as we receive your check.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we offer different discounts based on duplicates or quantity. Be
sure to take advantage of our "Double-Talk" option, which allows you to
purchase a frame for the front and back of your car at a reduced price.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates can be purchased online. The certificate and a catalog
can be sent to
yourself, or to your recipient with a special message. Gift certificates are
valid up to one
year from the purchase date.
Shipping Questions
How much do you charge for shipping?
If the shipping address is inside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii),
shipping is only $4.95 per order up to five Frames! We use USPS Priority Mail. If
you're shipping
address is outside of the United States, please see our International
Shipping page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please see our International Shipping page for

Do you accommodate fund raisers?
Yes, whether you need to raise money for your School, Band, Team, Club,
Fraternity, Sorority, Church or other Organization, Traffic Talk has the
answer.

Do you allow obscene language?
We encourage you to be creative with your frame ideas; however, we can not create
frames with cuss words on them. We do reserve the right to refuse service as we see fit.
