Satisfaction Guaranteed
Customers who order up to 24 frames or tags, we have an easy return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to the address listed above within 30 days for a refund. Please include a brief explanation with the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Group sale customers (orders of 25 or more frames or tags), all sales are final as we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or changes. At your request, we will provide electronic proofs for review before production begins. We will also offer physcial samples of the products so you can see them in person. Once the design is accepted, and production has started, we are not able to process returns, refunds, or changes.

We stand behind every product that we sell. If you should experience any manufacturer defect or quality issue within 90 days of purchase, simply contact us and we'll repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
